 Stages of Involvement: From Discovery to Inspiration and Co-Creation

Stage 1: Discovery & Visibility

1. • Individuals share public products or artifacts (videos, blog posts, documents, lesson plans, photos, etc.) created in project-based learning and eduScrum contexts.
   • They are featured in a public showcase (e.g. digital map, gallery, or repository).

Stage 2: Reflection & Feedback

1. • Participants fill out a short questionnaire about their process, context, impact, and insights.
   • They reflect on their work and its meaning in the wider eduScrum community.

Stage 3: Dialogue & Deep Dive

1. • Selected participants are invited to a 1:1 interview or group conversation (video/audio) to further explore their eduScrum experience.
   • These conversations can provide richer narratives and uncover patterns or innovations.

Stage 4: Amplification & Contribution

1. • Stories and insights are shared through podcasts, blog series, or conference talks, e.g. by joining the upcoming eduScrum Online Gathering.
   • Participants may co-present or co-author with the organizers.

Stage 5: Co-Research & Co-Design (optional, advanced)

1. • Participants become part of a collaborative research circle, analyzing the data and co-designing future eduScrum tools or approaches based on findings.
   • This stage forms the “Citizen Science” backbone of the initiative.
